Sports Massage

A sports massage helps athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event or injury, and relaxes muscles. Sports massages use a variety of techniques such as stretching, compression and trigger point therapy.

Who & Why?

Whatever level you train or compete at, a sports massage will keep you on track and give you the added edge you're looking for. So whether you run, play football or attend a gym, a regular sports massage will help keep you injury free and tuned up for your next sporting event.

Sports Massage: Testimonials
Head Massage

"I've seen lots of massage therapists over the years but no one is able to release my hips and back like Zoe does. Can't rate her high enough and she is now the only massage therapist I'll recommend to my friends and family."

Hannah P

"I've had two sessions with Zoe for my upper back/shoulders and I've noticed such a difference already - I feel so much better. I highly recommend Zoe!"

Zara H

"The best sports massage, sorted my back out finally. Zoe has great knowledge and expertise as well as sorting out my girlfriend's bad shoulder with a range of exercises at home. Excellent service."
